Portrait view: The order of the entries in the displayed there tiles is often not logical and difficult to locate individual items. For example, "input / output documents" all data objects used in the diagram are displayed in a sequence irreproducible in the tile. It would be helpful if we could set alphabetically by configuration example.
When I go to the "Portal Homepage" in the configuration (10.3) and a description of the entry chart behind lege latter is always overwritten with "Welcome to the Collaboration Portal". This title I can not change / remove. This is against the background that almost no one knows what a "Collaboration Portal" is particularly great. Perhaps an idea for a hotfix / the next update?
The removal of the color gradient must be clicked for each activity separately in the attributes. Easier it is if this attribute would be selected with a single click in the modeling conventions under the item layout.
In the process code "execution time" is the Collaboration Portal, as in the own attributes, may be selected if it is displayed.
A description of a process is better than none for any read portal user. Option: The "description" of a process in the Explorer will automatically set into the main attribute "Documentation". As the modeler, I can in the Process Editor of changes to process models a daily, weekly or monthly information via email. This subscription feature should also portal users are available (without modeler license).
New Process Portal is: If you click on a process diagram on the left in the tree, then open the first solution with the side profile. The attribute "Documentation" and the reference to the glossary entry of an element allowing the deposit of relevant additional information about an item. However, not every element is provided in a diagram by "documentation".
It is desirable that a user can see at first glance, to which elements Additional information (attribute "Documentation" or Glossary Link) is present and where they are not.
IS: In the portal, the name of each tab is identical: "Portal - Signavio". => Problem: You do not know which diagram then under which tab is hidden.
TARGET: Tab name in the portal speaking should be provided with diagram names (like in Editor).

If one uses the search in the portal the left navigation bar should be automatically displayed with the results . If only one hits the diagram / member searched should be displayed directly.
The sidebar (in particular the "Info-part") should be made clearer (order of the Info-themes, icons for the document, possibly colors).
Our users use almost exclusively (!) The processes to access the "applicable documents" can (by the way a terrible and for our employees, a meaningless term).
At most, it might be useful, "documents" to have its own tab.
