Filter cases by Case responsible or other

In the case overview for one process it is currently possible to filter the table showing cases by by name, due date, priority, last change and creation date.

 

It could be good to also add other custom filters such as Case responsible. It is possible to create this overview in the analytics, but could also be useful in the case overview.

Access permissions for all task types (e-mail, JavaScript etc.)

Would it be possible to insert the function of the access permissions in JavaScripts, etc. as well, in order to make the compilation of the "case history" more readable for different users? If you do not grant access to User Tasks, the user does not see the step in the Case History. This function could be used to clean up the workflow workflow with many JavaScripts, e-mails, etc.

Attach links to case names of analytics results

It is currently possible to open the case directly in the case view by clicking on the case name. In an Analytics evaluation, you must first add the link as a report output.

Integration into the Outlook activities

It is difficult to convey the parties involved in workflows to search in various places for to-dos, information, etc. The central point of contact for many users is MS-Outlook, which also offers opportunities for task management.
