You can define customer attributes per each diagram element. Unforunately, you cannot define customer attributes to a group of elements so that they all inherit the same settings and changes. This is especially cumbersom, when you use attribute visualization. You have to create a new rule for each attribute, although they should be always treated as a group.
We want a filter function to be able to search for new comments by folder / date. In project directories, it sometimes takes a long time to prioritize the project until new comments are processed there. In the mass it is tedious to find the really new comments with the currently offered search options. Therefore, we propose to extend the search function for new comments so that you can search in selected folders (eg only ...more »
We use the process documentation export to PDF and Word from the Process Manager quite a bit and we find the possibility to configure your own templates very helpful. However some of the information extracted can be a bit difficult to read and fully comprehend. Some information from custom attributes on diagram level is boxed together without line change or other visual marks to distinguish them from each other. I suggest ...more »
It would be helpful if the "Summary of Current Events" could be further configured regarding the display of what was "Summary of Changes". The type of chart change should be visible.
For some use cases, it is necessary to be able to identify processes in which an attribute is full or empty - without going into the specific content. Examples: Usecase 1 Quality Assurance: I would like to know in which diagrams the process purpose is not entered, so that it is supplemented. For this I need to know in which diagram the attribute "Description" is empty. At the moment I can only search for a certain search ...more »
It is well known that an unencrypted mail on the Internet has the security level of a classic postcard. Signavio's email alerts to users (such as summaries of subscribed folders and charts) will potentially send confidential information in the email. This can be information about IT systems used, organizational structures, comments, project names, etc., which can be used to draw conclusions about confidential business ...more »
Attributes can be maintained and visualized at the tasks of a process. If the process is a sub-process, it would be nice to be able to determine which attributes should pass through the top of the hierarchy so that you do not have to re-capture the attributes on the parent sub-task. An example: We record the tasks which personal data are processed there. The associated attribute is also visualized. At the higher-level ...more »
I need to be able to produce an export of all attributes defined in the process maps documentation in excel. However, because we have defined attributes as tables, all the atteibute information is output in one Excel Cell which then causes the whole export process to fall over, probably due to memory issues in excel. We need to be able to export the separate columns defined in the attribute table as separate columns ...more »
At present, when you use the advanced search functionality in the Explorer to look for a particular phrase or abbreviation, all you are presented with are the process maps that contain that info. (I have a separate issue logged on this matter - but even if I assume that issue is resolved - I understand all you get is a list of the processes that contain the searched item) There does not appear to be a way of taking me ...more »
In the Explorer print dialog, the custom field "revision number" is missing, while others such as publishing state and -date, can be selected.
@stefankrumnow : This seems to have been missed when realizing Idea No. 9.
Scenario: In the "Advanced Search" I want to show all customer journey diagrams. Or all DMN charts created / changed last month. This is currently not possible because I can not filter by "chart type". A simple extension would be to extend the existing filter to "Type" (see Appendix) to the different chart types (BPMN / DMN / ArchiMAte / Customer Journey ...)
Upgrading or demoting an existing user's license as a consequence of the colleague joining or leaving the community of Process Designers requires to remove the user and recreating the account. I'd like to be able to switch the license type and permissions without having to remove the user.
