At present, reminders, escalation and intermediate timer events only accept fixed values pre-configured in the workflow. If duration variables could be referenced (calculated from dates), the workflow would be more dynamic and responsive to the needs of the particular case. For example, I could capture a review deadline and automatically schedule a reminder or escalation based on this date i.e. the deadline minus one ...more »
It is already possible to copy workflows into your own workspace via the "Templates". Interesting would be a community hub in which you can similarly download already developed workflows from other companies in his workspace. The more companies upload their workflow examples here, the more know-how transfer there will be within the community. The workflow market could also provide a variety of free technology components ...more »
Currently, you can only configure the required texts and input fields in forms. Unfortunately, there are no possibilities to adapt the forms (especially public forms) as a process trigger in their appearance to the CI of the company. We want to be able to design colors in general and also forms of text fields and checkboxes, etc. We would like appropriate creative possibilities to be able to adapt forms as process triggers, ...more »
We suggest defining a time trigger (eg beginning of month) for the processes in the Workflow Accelerator. Currently only forms, mails and Signavio (for release workflow) are possible. However, in the Workflow Accelerator we want to be able to map to workflows that are triggered in time.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to select the same field for the custom rules that you would like to rule on. For example, I would like to display a field only if there are values for it.
Would it be possible to format e-mails in addition to the formatting via Markdown? For example with HTML which allows you to adjust font size, font, color etc.
In the current analytics (reporting), colours are used in the grouping in pie chart. However under the bar chart, there is no colour differentiation. Suggest to enable configuration of the bar colour using traffic colours - green, amber and red, based on configurable range of the "visualisation'..See example of bar chart with 3 colours based on "configured" range, such as RED [< 3], AMBER [< 4], GREEN [ ](first hit rule) ...more »
You can switch from the release workflow to a link to the process model in the editor. If you make a small graphic adjustment that has no influence on the depicted process but only cosmetic purposes (eg spelling mistakes), it would be nice if these changes could be transferred to the currently released revision. Currently you have to save the changes in a new revision and then send them again through the release workflow ...more »
Currently there is only two types of gateways implemented in the Workflow, i.e. Parallel gateway and Exclusive gateway. There is NO Inclusive gateway where one or more paths could be triggered. This is very common in business process where multiple options are considered with several options (more than one) selected. Though there is a work around using multiple Exclusive gateway, it gets very clunky as the number of options ...more »
If the decisions are made manually at a gateway, the possible decisions in the upstream task are available as a button or selection list. all decision options are always available regardless of the data previously entered in the form of the task. It would be nice if you could link the choices of decisions to the previously entered data. The following scenario with us: we have a task in the workflow with a subsequent gateway, ...more »
We have several participants in our workflow who have to work through the individual tasks one after the other. Without the representation of the lanes, the question of the responsibilities in the graphical representation is often difficult to answer, especially as the tool is somewhat lethargic. Therefore, it would be nice if there was a graphical representation of the lanes or at least on the user tasks in the sense ...more »
