It would be very useful if the automated task "invite to comment" would be that shipped the chart to reinzukomentieren directly to the addressee. So that one of the link will be sent by whom we may come in animals directly in the chart.
It is currently possible to open the case directly in the case view by clicking on the case name. In an Analytics evaluation, you must first add the link as a report output.
It would also be useful to save the link automatically behind the case name, in order to get directly into a case.
It is difficult to convey the parties involved in workflows to search in various places for to-dos, information, etc. The central point of contact for many users is MS-Outlook, which also offers opportunities for task management. An integration of the cases to be processed at this central point makes the use of the Workflow Accelerator way easier and increases acceptance.
Currently were in addition to the existing interfaces, more connectivity options necessary to the Workflow Manager within the company to market better.
Particularly important Tools: MS SharePoint, MS CRM, SAP, Local drives for automatic storage and extension of .xls, .pptx, .docx files.
Similar to the Google connection would be an Outlook connection desirable.
In the case overview for one process it is currently possible to filter the table showing cases by by name, due date, priority, last change and creation date.
It could be good to also add other custom filters such as Case responsible. It is possible to create this overview in the analytics, but could also be useful in the case overview.
The ability / function where a user in Workflow who created an ad hoc sub-task can delete the created sub-task.
In the current analytics (reporting), colours are used in the grouping in pie chart. However under the bar chart, there is no colour differentiation. Hi I think adding Microsoft Office 365 to the list of integrations (alongside Google Drive and Box etc.) would significantly increase the capability of Signavio Workflow Accelerator. Most organisations use Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) to manage data and information. Many are moving to the Office 365 platform also.
