It should be possible to define your own Excel report for models and model elements. E.g.: "Show me all models, which are accessible via links from model X from". If necessary, This can also be useful as an online report, but Excel is more important. (This idea has been detected on the Signavio Customer Day 2013)
Please add a cleanup function for comments without writing permissions.
I invite someone to comment, who does not have write permissions, one can currently make comments.
Problem: He can not remove added comments (e.g. incorrect input).
Currently you need to add a second comment with "Ignore first comment" -> this is slightly confusing.
Thank you very much.
Each process should be valid only for a certain period until it is tested again. You should be able to deposit validity for each individual process and globally for all processes. If this period approaches, you should receive a message, that you need to check the process again and adapt the validity. The following aspects should be considered: - Set the time limit before the expiry and select (e.g. 1 week, 30 ...more »
In the caption of tasks (longer than 2 words) must always be wrapped manually currently. It when the upheaval might conform to the size of the elements would be nice. In addition, some form of hyphenation would highly desirable!
Numbering processes is an issue in many projects. To lead the process ID in the process name is often costly and complicates the folder structure in the Explorer. Idea: Create an attribute "process number" by automatically a consecutive number will be assigned for a prefabricated pattern. The process number could be integrated into the export formats then e.g. If possible could be the no. Will be shown on request, ...more »
I think it would work a lot easier if you could reorganize folder by drag & drop, for example to move a folder to another parent directory or from "my documents" to "shared documents".
The same applies to models.
Currently only one diagram is linked. It would be helpful to be able to define a specific link-start event as a goal. When you open the link process it could jump directly to the correct element. (This idea has been detected on the Signavio Customer Day 2013)
Subprocesses can not be opened in the comment view via mouse click (even if they are specified in the invitation). The usual links in the process portal should also be applied here.
For machining processes, it would be helpful if you could create a report that summarizes all open comments in an Excel spreadsheet. Similar to the RACI Report the comment Report would indicate in which process and in which symbol (activity, event, document, etc.) are open comments and would show the comments accordingly. This gives process participants a rapid overview of open questions and tasks.
It should be possible that everyone, who is invited to comment, can configure whether he generally wants to receive e-mail notifications, in case of changes (Comments vs. new version), how often (once / daily / weekly) and for which diagrams he has been invited to.
If a process map extends over several levels, the navigation becomes increasingly more difficult. From a certain amount of sub-processes the navigation through the folder view on the left, or the famous "browser back button" becomes very unwieldy.
Would be desirable, therefore, "Back" - "Level higher" - or "Top Level" buttons, which facilitate the navigation.
Currently you can click on the "Accept Chart Name" in the linking of sub-processes. Thereby the current name of the linked diagram is used. If the Linked Chart renamed, the renaming will not be accepted. The check mark "accept Chart Name" is removed and the designation of the sub-process is not active. This means that you have to look before renaming charts, where they linked and set after renaming the check mark in the ...more »
