Cleanup function for comments

Please add a cleanup function for comments without writing permissions.

In detail:

I invite someone to comment, who does not have write permissions, one can currently make comments.

Problem: He can not remove added comments (e.g. incorrect input).

Currently you need to add a second comment with "Ignore first comment" -> this is slightly confusing.

Thank you very much.

Manage e-mail notifications for commenting central

It should be possible that everyone, who is invited to comment, can configure whether he generally wants to receive e-mail notifications, in case of changes (Comments vs. new version), how often (once / daily / weekly) and for which diagrams he has been invited to.

Navigation in the Process Map

If a process map extends over several levels, the navigation becomes increasingly more difficult. From a certain amount of sub-processes the navigation through the folder view on the left, or the famous "browser back button" becomes very unwieldy.

Would be desirable, therefore, "Back" - "Level higher" - or "Top Level" buttons, which facilitate the navigation.

Tree structure in the display of sub-processes

In the process overview in the portal sub-processes appear on the same level as the main processes, to which they belong. Subprocesses could be displayed indented a tree view of the main processes. Subprocesses could easily be made visible in the overview also with its own icon. Representation in the Explorer would also be helpful.

Marking what shapes the documentation is stored

The attribute "Documentation" and the reference to the glossary entry of an element allowing the deposit of relevant additional information about an item. However, not every element is provided in a diagram by "documentation".

It is desirable that a user can see at first glance, to which elements Additional information (attribute "Documentation" or Glossary Link) is present and where they are not.

In our view, should the communication possibilities through the portal will be expanded significantly. In addition to the already formulated desire to spend entered comments comfortable using Excel report, our expectation continues significantly. Once a comment is entered, the last author of the model should be informed by e-mail, actively. (alternatively, best configurable members of the list of authors) Alternatively, ...more »

Display the name of the predecessor and successor processes at start and end events

In the diagram view is not clear whether a start or end event linked to another chart. This information is obtained in the portal only when one opens the corresponding pop-up (attribute predecessor / successor processes). In the expression of a diagram, this information is not available. Since this is an important piece of information, the name of the predecessor or successor processes should be automatically displayed ...more »
