Scenario: In the "Advanced Search" I want to show all customer journey diagrams. Or all DMN charts created / changed last month. This is currently not possible because I can not filter by "chart type". A simple extension would be to extend the existing filter to "Type" (see Appendix) to the different chart types (BPMN / DMN / ArchiMAte / Customer Journey ...)
Again and again I am asked if the columns in the list view of the Signavio Explorer can be customized user-specifically? Different user groups have different attributes with which they work. For example, professional business modelers want to see published revs, process levels, and owners, while executables modelers want to see adapter classes or other technical attributes. The solution would be - apart from a few mandatory ...more »

In the current version of Signavio, glossary categories that contain sub-categories in the folded-down state look exactly as simple categories without substructures. If you select a category with subfolders, it will not be apparent that there is a subcategory. Uu - see Appendix - no entries are displayed, although the subcategories contain entries. Double-click on the category to open the subcategories. The solution would ...more »
The following scenario: A process model includes a collapsed subprocess. If a change is made within this subprocess, this is currently not displayed in the feed of the (upper) process model, and the revision number of the process model remains the same. My idea is that changes are visible to a subprocess in the process model's feed and the revision number of the (upper) process changes. A subprocess that is NOT a Call ...more »
When you create a control table where all input values are enumerated, Signavio should allow automatic rule generation. Here, all combinations are formed automatically. The modeler then has to complete only the results fields.
This is a minimal improvement idea based on the name of the gateway most used: Commonly called "XOR", or as it is called in Signavio: "Data-based exclusive gateway". In the appendix you can easily see how much space this long name in Signavio needed. but actually no reason, or there are other exclusive Gatways? The shorter term "exclusive gateway" would be quite sufficient. All other Gatways are finally also in this style ...more »
In the current version Signavio registered users can in Collaboration Portal always see only the latest revision of a process model, but not published (as long as the latest and published Revison are different). Here should the portal be possible in addition to the latest version and the latest published revision to see. Currently showing Signavio only the notice "This revision is not published" (s. Annex)
is to create the function own views have long existed for BPMN diagrams. This feature would be even more important in architecture diagrams, because you just want to hide there OIT systems, etc. Unfortunately, there is not this feature at ArchioMate charts.
Linked charts can - in configuration of the corresponding column - are displayed in the "List View" of the Explorer. These can be viewed as hyperlinks. The expectation is that because open diagram when clicking in the editor. However, the current implementation is that the folder (!) opens in which the chart is located. Is this even the same folder, it looks as if nothing had happened and it was a bug. This should be ...more »
When I open the glossary as an editor, there selektiere a glossary entry and open a linked to this glossary entry chart, the chart opens the portal. Expect I would but that the chart in the editor opens, since I am also the editor. I start, however, the portal, I select there a glossary entry and open there a linked diagram correctly the chart published in the portal view. In summary, the idea is (or bugfix) also edited ...more »
All potential outcomes of a business rule tasks should appear in the process model as an edge of a gateway. Provides business rule outputs, which are not queried in the calling process, this leads to a "deadlock". The example in the appendix shows a DMN table with 3 possible outputs. These outputs are all taken into account in the process by nachfolgenem Gateway. In the event that here outputs are missing, the modeling ...more »
