In the editor window, the "Attributes" bar on the right is hidden by default. We would like you to open by default. The preferred state should be configurable.
We use different glossary categories to document different types of items. The hub does not show which example: Information objects (upper category in the glossary) are subdivided into documents and data records (subcategories). We use different glossary categories for this purpose. You can now assign documents as well as records to an activity. In the editor / glossary view, the color coding immediately shows which category ...more »
Autocomplete glossary entries should work better. This applies both to "in-line glossary links" (book symbol eg to activity) and to attributes of the type "glossary reference". - the (similarity) search does not work reliably: blanks, umlauts etc. distort the search results. - Even if multiple search results are found, "Create new entry" should be proposed.
It is very expensive to assign attributes of the type "Glossary entry (list)": each glossary entry must be searched, selected and added individually. Then the same game for the next, etc. For longer lists, this procedure is infinitely tedious. We therefore need a solution to how a list can be compiled efficiently. Ideas: - Quickly searchable list of all glossary entries of the allowed glossary categories so that an item ...more »
The report "Process Model Metrics" only specifies the number of elements. This is unfortunately pretty useless. Instead, it would be great if instead could be broken down by type (activity, event ...).
It should be possible to switch from the editor view via the menu to the Collaboration Hub preview.
Like the standard formats for process models, it would be handy to be able to create standard formats for glossary entries, at least for the setting of font size and style.
In Decision Manger me the functionality, decision tables, which are stored on an element in a decision Requirement Diagram to export is missing: - isolated, ie similar only a single decision table as Word, PDF, Excel - All decision tables of a diagram or more selected Diagrame - as part of the chart documentation: I can indeed about a process manual template the DR-chart with spending, but only the documentation of the ...more »
It would be good to have a separate modeler view for comments, which allows for faster processing: - All comments to one or display multiple processes - filterable by date, status (open / incorporated / rejected), process element - status change directly in the list (instead of cumbersome over speech function in the editor)
If open comments are marked as incorporated, the chart must be saved in a new revision. In practice it may be, however, that a comment has been recognized as valid, but it is no change in the model. This we would then still mark "incorporated" as, but without necessarily a new revision of the diagram is stored. Interestingly, one can reject comments without saving a new revision. Why not incorporate? (Consistency ...) ...more »
When navigating between processes in the portal all processes will always open first adjusted to the width of the browser window. For long processes, the process is not readable therefore and it must be zoomed first. It is ideal if you (for example, adapt to Width, Fit to height, or possibly a fixed zoom factor?) In the portal configuration, the type of scaling in general, or possibly might even select each chart would. ...more »
The attribute "Documentation" and the reference to the glossary entry of an element allowing the deposit of relevant additional information about an item. However, not every element is provided in a diagram by "documentation".
It is desirable that a user can see at first glance, to which elements Additional information (attribute "Documentation" or Glossary Link) is present and where they are not.
