Hello, in addition to the BPMN processes, organization charts also contain information (e.g. employee names) that does not always belong to an expression or other representations (including compliance with data protection regulations). It is not possible to create such a view according to the BPMN 2.0 diagrams in organizational charts. Here I wish for an extension of the already existing functionality.
It is difficult to convey the parties involved in workflows to search in various places for to-dos, information, etc. The central point of contact for many users is MS-Outlook, which also offers opportunities for task management. An integration of the cases to be processed at this central point makes the use of the Workflow Accelerator way easier and increases acceptance.
Hello, to complete interactive workflows, it is also necessary to involve external stakeholders. As it is already possible in the Process Explorer to invite any e-mail recipients to comment, it should also be possible in the workflow to send a form to an e-mail address for processing, thus involving external persons in the processing of a case. Hello, when printing diagrams, even if not particularly large, they are significantly reduced and a font size eg 12pt is barely readable in the print (yes, I already wear a pair of glasses) and corresponds to about 7pt. Instead, considerable white margins are generated on the printout, which are not shown in the print preview. Without the use of SSO (which has influence on the portal registration), the login to the Process Editor is only protected with a more or less simple password. A restriction to a fixed IP is also not always useful or possible (eg with Homeoffice workstations with DSL line).
