We want a filter function to be able to search for new comments by folder / date. In project directories, it sometimes takes a long time to prioritize the project until new comments are processed there. In the mass it is tedious to find the really new comments with the currently offered search options. Therefore, we propose to extend the search function for new comments so that you can search in selected folders (eg only ...more »
It is well known that an unencrypted mail on the Internet has the security level of a classic postcard. Signavio's email alerts to users (such as summaries of subscribed folders and charts) will potentially send confidential information in the email. This can be information about IT systems used, organizational structures, comments, project names, etc., which can be used to draw conclusions about confidential business ...more »
When creating process maps, there is the "process link" as a connector for the individual process elements. This one can not be labeled at the moment. Similar to the sequence flow at BPMN, we would like to be able to label this connector as well.
Attributes can be maintained and visualized at the tasks of a process. If the process is a sub-process, it would be nice to be able to determine which attributes should pass through the top of the hierarchy so that you do not have to re-capture the attributes on the parent sub-task. An example: We record the tasks which personal data are processed there. The associated attribute is also visualized. At the higher-level ...more »
We would find it useful if there was also a possibility for the users in the hub to be able to start a kind of revision comparison. Probably you should limit it in the hub to the revisions published in the past. For interested users, it can be helpful and useful to be able to understand the changes in the process lifecycle and to understand what is different about the new version.
Currently, you can only configure the required texts and input fields in forms. Unfortunately, there are no possibilities to adapt the forms (especially public forms) as a process trigger in their appearance to the CI of the company. We want to be able to design colors in general and also forms of text fields and checkboxes, etc. We would like appropriate creative possibilities to be able to adapt forms as process triggers, ...more »
Recently, you can use your own vector graphics in the graphical editor for IT systems and additional stakeholders. We maintain our IT systems in the glossary. If such a glossary entry is used in the editor, you must still manually assign the corresponding graphic using the corresponding attribute. It would be useful if the vector graphics could be deposited directly at the glossary entry of the IT systems, so that the ...more »
In the elements for BPMN 2.0 there is the additional artifact IT system. We suggest adding another "machine" (or "hardware") artifact to BPMN. The whole functionality and characteristics of "Machine" should correspond to those of "IT-System". Incl. corresponding glossary category. A nice icon can certainly be found quickly.
We suggest that for process maps, at least for the element "group", it should be possible to set a transparency. We have use cases where it would be helpful to be able to use the transparency to symbolize the overlapping of individual groups. Without transparency, one group would always overlap the other and the intersection of the processes can not be represented.
In the process editor, you can define an execution time in minutes for a task. Another time interval does not seem possible. In the simulation, these times are then displayed in units of hours per task. Again, no other time interval is possible. Optionally, we can also set the times in seconds in the editor and then decide in the simulation whether the display and calculation should be in seconds, minutes or hours
If you edit a diagram in the editor (or QucikModel), you can not see which revision you are working on. For example, if you open a diagram in the editor from within the collaboration hub, the diagram automatically opens in the latest revision. In the editor, however, you have no way to see if the open revision also corresponds to the published. We would like to see a note in the editor and in the QuickModel such as: You ...more »
Currently, a model path can be activated in the Collaboration Hub, which displays the classification of the currently open diagram. However, if a sub-process is linked several times in several places and possibly in different levels, this path is rarely true. We suggest that you also have the option of displaying a model path based on the history of recently opened pages. It probably makes sense to limit the whole to ...more »
