Since we work a lot with comment links for new processes, I would like to submit two suggestions for improvement: - A way to create comment links directly from the process or the Explorer, which you can then send yourself via his mail system. - A feature to re-send (or create) the link to people who have already been invited, as some people will get rid of the mail and ask me to re-submit links.
When employees are invited to comment on a process, they comment on the process. If the modeler now makes changes to the process based on the comments, the commenters receive a notification that the process has changed. It would be useful for the user to be able to see directly what changes have been made since his last comment so that he can quickly understand the changes without having to go through the whole process ...more »
IST: In an Excel export of glossary entries, all fields are formatted as numbers in Excel. IST: When a user opens a process in the Collaboration Hub and clicks on an object in the process to comment on it, he intuitively comes up with the idea of using the comment icon in the upper-right corner of the pop-up.
