While viewing a diagram in the Collaboration Hub there should be a link to take you directly to the corresponding folder in the Explorer with the diagram marked. This would make it much easier to navigate to the diagram in question, rather than searching through all of the diagrams in the Explorer to find the one you're looking for. Especially if you're unsure of which folder contains the diagram you're after.
In both the Collaboration Hub and the Process Manager we have the opportunity to configure the help menu and add additional links. A similar option for the QuickModel would be really helpful for our end users.
We use the process documentation export to PDF and Word from the Process Manager quite a bit and we find the possibility to configure your own templates very helpful. However some of the information extracted can be a bit difficult to read and fully comprehend. When navigating through the tabs "Overview", "Activities" and "Diagram" each click will be saved in the browser log. In other words, if you click through the tabs a few times and then wish to return to a previously opened diagram, you may have to click the back-button a few times. The breadcrumb path only gives you the quickest way to the top, but does not necessarily follow your navigation path. My idea is to refrain ...more »
If all tasks in a subprocess are of a certain task type (e. g. service task), it would simplify diagram reading to be able to mark the collapsed subprocess with the same task type.
