This summer we have migrated our business processes from QualiWare to Signavio. The feedback we have been getting from end users has been largely great. However, there is one feature most end users are missing: A Searchable table of a diagram's external documents and products (data objects) in Collaboration Hub. In both QualiWare and Signavio you can attach external documents, such as procedures, templates, check lists ...more »
Currently, a new revision is made whenever a user saves changes made to a diagram. Thus a diagram will have hundreds of revisions during its lifespan. The diagram comparison tool doesn't communicate which, if any, of these hundreds of revisions were published. In standard applications such as PowerPoint the 'samesize' feature uses the first selected object as target size. If you select several objects in Signavio, resize it using 'samesize', the objects will inherit the size of the largest object.
Suggestion: Change the samesize feature into using the first selected object as target size.
Currently you have to manually add line breaks to an event's text box if you want to change its shape.
Suggestion: Introduce the ability to resize the text box in the editor, so that the software itself adds line breaks.
